Shipping policy

Shipping & Duties
International orders are shipped via DHL Express, while UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail.
For selected original artworks, Natalia Matsola covers shipping costs, including import taxes and duties. Please refer to the individual product description for detailed shipping information.
General Terms & Conditions
You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched.
Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are accurate at the time of purchase. If you need to update your shipping information after placing an order, please contact us at llilaartwork@gmail.com and include your name and order number.
Once an order has been dispatched, shipping details can no longer be changed. If a parcel is returned to sender due to incorrect shipping information, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping costs.

Shipping Estimates
United Kingdom:
Estimated delivery time: 4-11 business days from dispatch.

Asia Pacific, North America & Western Europe:
Estimated delivery time: 5-28 business days from dispatch.

Rest of the World:
Estimated delivery time: 12-30 business days from dispatch.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs processing and local postal services.

Important Information for International Customers

We currently do not ship to the following regions and territories:
Ascension Island, Bouvet Island, British Indian Ocean Territory, French Southern Territories, Heard Island and McDonald Islands, Pitcairn Islands, Saint Pierre and Miquelon, Tajikistan, Tristan da Cunha, US Minor Outlying Islands, and Western Sahara.

Unless otherwise stated in the product description, international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or VAT upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
If customs charges are not paid and the parcel is returned to sender, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required for re-delivery.
If you choose not to accept the shipment and request a return, a refund will be issued once the order has been received back, excluding the original shipping costs.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at llilaartwork@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will be happy to assist you.
