Shipping

Orders are carefully packaged and shipped from Scotland, UK.

International orders are shipped via DHL Express, while UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs processing, and local courier services. Some remote locations, islands, or regions may require additional delivery time.

Please note that Natalia Matsola is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures, courier disruptions, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Returns
Original Paintings & Limited Edition Prints

Due to the nature of original artworks and limited edition prints, all sales are considered final and are therefore non-returnable and non-refundable.

Please review all artwork details, dimensions, and product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Damaged or Lost Orders

Natalia Matsola guarantees support in the event that your order:

Arrives damaged during transit
Does not arrive

If your order arrives damaged, please contact:

within 48 hours of delivery and include:

your order number
photographs of the damaged packaging and artwork

We will review the issue and work with you to find an appropriate solution.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds or replacements may be considered only in cases where:

the item was damaged during shipping
the order was lost in transit
the incorrect item was received

Refund requests related to shipping damage or delivery issues must be submitted promptly after delivery.
