What Does It Mean to Commission Art?

Commissioning art means inviting an artist to create a piece designed especially for you. Instead of purchasing an existing work, you collaborate directly - sharing ideas, colors, and inspirations - to bring a truly personal vision to life.

How the Commission Process Works?

When you commission a painting, I’ll guide you through every step - from discussing color palettes and sizing
to refining the concept. Together, we’ll shape an artwork that reflects your space and style.

Pricing & Payment

The price depends on the size of the canvas and the complexity of the execution.
A 50% deposit is required before work begins to cover materials and preparation. Once the painting is complete and you’re fully satisfied, the remaining 50% balance will be due.
Payments can be made via PayPal or bank transfer.

Timeline

Timeframes vary depending on size and complexity, but I always adapt to your preferred schedule.
You’ll receive progress updates throughout the process so you can follow the artwork’s evolution.

Not sure what size fits your space? Try taping a sheet of craft paper to your wall for a quick visual guide. You can also send me a photo of your room, and I’ll recommend ideal canvas dimensions and provide a detailed quote with shipping estimates.

Bringing Ideas to Life

Have favorite colors or artworks from my collection?
You don’t need a clear image in mind - just the feeling you want the piece to evoke.
After gathering your input, I’ll create a digital sketch within 7-14 business days to show how the artwork could look in your space. Once approved, I’ll begin painting, which usually takes another 7-16 days, depending on complexity.

Shipping & Delivery

All artworks are carefully rolled and shipped in a protective tube for safety and cost efficiency. You can have the piece stretched or framed by a local professional.
Choose between Express (4-5 business days) or Standard (10-15 business days) shipping.
Pricing varies by size and destination.

What If I Don’t Love the Final Piece?

This is very unlikely since we’ll work closely to define your preferences before I begin. If you already connect with my style, you can be sure the finished piece will feel authentic and true to that spirit.

Please note: commissioned works are non-refundable, and full payment is required upon completion.
